Terms & Conditions

Newton-Corbett Limited, is entirely committed to your satisfaction. We believe we offer exceptional value for money for products only available in the UK through ourselves. We endeavour to be a most professional and efficient on and off-line company.

By purchasing a product from us, you are accepting our general and specific, terms & conditions. So please take a few moments to read them.

Making an Internet Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier: Just browse our product pages, click on any items that you wish to buy which will then go automatically into your on-screen shopping cart. When ready click on ‘Check Out’ and you will be transferred to a secure online order form. Please fill in all the details.

When you have completed your online transaction, you will be sent a confirmation of receipt of order email. We accept credit card payments from all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch.

Order by Phone:

If you would prefer not to send your credit card number over the Internet, that’s fine! We’ll be more than happy to take your order by telephone. Simply call us between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday on 020 8688 1018.

Shipping & Handling:

With each product purchased, a delivery charge will be added as indicated on both the product pages and in the shopping cart section. Overseas orders will have a higher delivery charge than quoted automatically, which we will specify upon receipt of your order.

Delivery Schedule:

We will normally send your order to you within 10 working days, providing the product you've requested is in stock. In the event of the product being out of stock our aim is to have your order to you in 28 days. You will always be notified when an order is not in stock and given the chance to cancel your order, take a similar product that is in stock or confirm a pre-order from our next delivery.

Tax Charges:

All product prices include VAT of 17.5% for orders made from the UK or the European Union. Orders made from any other country outside the EU we can normally zero rate but please email us for more information at: warren@newton-corbett.co.uk

Credit Card Security:

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our Secure Payment Provider’s computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Warranty and Returns:

We offer a standard returns policy. If a product is unsatisfactory please return if together with the receipt within 14 days and we will refund the cost, including any postal charges you have incurred.
